General & Getting Started
What is accounting outsourcing? +
Accounting outsourcing means delegating part or all of your finance function — bookkeeping, tax compliance, payroll, accounts payable/receivable and reporting — to a specialist external team. With Innovative Fintech, you get a named, dedicated team working inside your existing software at 50–70% less than the cost of domestic hiring, while you keep full control and visibility.
Who is Innovative Fintech Pvt Ltd? +
Innovative Fintech Pvt Ltd is the finance and accounting arm of TechUltra Solutions, a technology group delivering ERP implementations and custom software worldwide. We provide outsourced bookkeeping, tax compliance, payroll, audit support, AP/AR management and virtual CFO advisory to businesses and CPA firms across the USA, UK & Europe and the Middle East.
How fast can we get started? +
Discovery call this week, fixed proposal within 48 hours, and onboarding typically completed in 1–2 weeks. For tax-season overflow support, we recommend reserving capacity by December.
Can we start small before committing? +
Yes — most clients start with a pilot: one month-end close, a cleanup project or a single batch of tax returns. You evaluate quality, speed and communication first, then scale at your own pace.
Which countries do you serve? +
The United States, the United Kingdom, Europe (Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium and more) and the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman).
Do you work with CPA firms or only businesses? +
Both. Around half our engagements are white-label support for CPA and accounting firms — dedicated preparers and bookkeepers working under the firm’s brand and review process. The other half are direct engagements with businesses that want a complete outsourced finance function.
Pricing & Engagement Models
How much do your services cost? +
Three simple models: hourly at a flat $15/hour, monthly dedicated staff at $1,800 per resource (160 hours), and long-term contracts with custom preferential rates. Service packages for businesses start at $500–$1,000/month for essential bookkeeping.
What does the $15/hour rate include? +
Everything — the same flat rate applies whether the work is transaction coding or senior review. Every invoice comes with detailed time logs, there is no minimum commitment, and you can start or stop anytime.
What do we get for $1,800 per month? +
A full-time, named, dedicated accountant (160 hours/month) who works your time zone, learns your workflows and becomes part of your team — with a trained backup on standby. It typically replaces a $55K–$85K fully-loaded local hire.
Are we locked into a contract? +
Only if you choose to be. Hourly and monthly engagements run month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. Long-term (annual or multi-year) contracts are optional and exist for clients who want locked-in rates and priority tax-season capacity.
How much will we actually save? +
Typical savings are 50–70% versus in-house hiring and 60–75% versus local firm hourly billing. A staff accountant costing $70K+ fully loaded in the US is replaced by a $21,600/year dedicated resource. Use the ROI calculator on our pricing page for your exact number.
Which currencies do you bill in? +
USD, GBP, EUR or AED — whichever suits your accounting.
Security & Compliance
Is my financial data safe with an offshore team? +
Yes. We operate ISO 9001 certified quality management, SOC 2-aligned security practices, GDPR-compliant data processing agreements, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and signed confidentiality agreements with every team member.
Are you GDPR compliant? +
Yes. For UK and EU clients we execute documented data processing agreements, apply appropriate safeguards for data transfers, and follow GDPR principles for minimization, retention and access.
How do you prevent fraud in payment workflows? +
Segregation of duties, dual-approval payment runs, vendor master change controls, and bank-detail verification on every change. We never have unilateral control over the movement of client funds.
What happens if our dedicated accountant leaves or is unavailable? +
Every account has a cross-trained backup from day one, plus documented workflows. Continuity is structural, not dependent on one person.
Who owns our data and records? +
You do — always. Everything lives in your systems under your ownership. If we part ways, you keep complete, organized, up-to-date books with zero handover friction.
Working Together
How do we communicate with your team? +
You get a named team with a single point of contact, scheduled overlap hours with your time zone, agreed weekly check-ins, and communication through your preferred tools — email, Slack, Teams or your practice management system.
What is the time-zone advantage? +
Work submitted at your close of business is processed overnight and ready when you open the next morning — a genuine 24-hour production cycle. CPA firms use this to complete 30–40% more returns in tax season with the same partner group.
Will you communicate with our clients, vendors or customers directly? +
Only if you want us to — under your brand, with agreed scripts and escalation rules. Many CPA firms and businesses prefer this white-label approach; others keep us entirely behind the scenes.
How is quality controlled? +
A layered review pyramid: preparer, reviewer, senior sign-off on every material deliverable. This structure — the same one audit firms use — keeps error rates below 1%.
What does onboarding look like? +
A dedicated onboarding manager runs a structured 1–2 week process: system access, workflow documentation, historical review and cleanup plan, team introductions and the first supervised deliverables.
Platforms & Technology
Which accounting software do you support? +
We work daily in Odoo, QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), Xero, Zoho Books, Tally Prime and SAP. We work inside your existing environment — no data migration required to start.
Can you help us choose or migrate accounting software? +
Yes. We use all six major platforms daily and give honest, incentive-free recommendations. As part of the TechUltra Solutions group, we also handle full ERP implementations, customizations and migrations.
Do you automate accounting workflows? +
Wherever it makes sense: bank feeds, invoice capture, PO matching, dunning sequences and reporting dashboards. Backed by TechUltra’s engineers, we can also build custom automations and integrations that off-the-shelf tools can’t.
Can you produce management dashboards and MIS reports? +
Yes — live financial dashboards, monthly MIS packs, KPI tracking and board reporting are standard deliverables in our full-service and CFO advisory engagements.
Regional Compliance
Do you understand US tax and GAAP requirements? +
Yes — our US team works with IRS forms 1040, 1120, 1120S and 1065, multi-state sales tax and nexus analysis, W-2/1099 year-end reporting and US GAAP financial statements, with senior review workflows designed for CPA firm partners.
Are you ready for Making Tax Digital in the UK? +
Fully. We prepare and file MTD-compliant VAT returns, run PAYE/RTI payroll, handle CIS, and produce FRS 102 statutory accounts for UK limited companies.
Can you handle UAE corporate tax and GCC VAT? +
Yes — corporate tax registration and filing with the FTA, VAT across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, Qualifying Free Zone Person analysis, WPS-compliant payroll and IFRS reporting for GCC entities.
Can you manage multi-country operations? +
Yes. We routinely serve groups with entities across the US, UK, EU and GCC — including inter-company reconciliations, multi-currency consolidation and coordinated compliance calendars.
Service-Specific Questions
Bookkeeping Services
Which accounting software do you work with? +
We work daily in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), Xero, Odoo, Zoho Books, Tally Prime and SAP. If you use something else, our team ramps up quickly — and we can advise on migration if your current platform is holding you back.
How quickly can you take over our books? +
Most clients are fully onboarded within 1–2 weeks. That includes a review of your existing records, cleanup of any backlog, and setup of daily workflows.
Tax Compliance
Which jurisdictions do you cover? +
We support US federal and all 50 states, UK (HMRC, VAT, Making Tax Digital), EU member states, and GCC countries including UAE corporate tax and VAT.
Can you work alongside our existing CPA or tax advisor? +
Absolutely. Many clients keep a local signing CPA while we handle preparation, workpapers and compliance monitoring — cutting their costs by 50–70%.
Payroll Services
Can you run multi-country payroll? +
Yes. We coordinate payroll across the US (multi-state), UK, EU countries and GCC states including UAE WPS-compliant processing.
How do you keep payroll data secure? +
Payroll data is processed under strict confidentiality agreements, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access limited to your dedicated payroll team.
Audit Support
Do you replace our auditors? +
No — we work on your side of the table. We prepare your records and manage the process so the independent audit runs faster and costs less.
Can you support first-year audits? +
Yes. First audits are our specialty — we rebuild opening balances, document policies and create the full audit file from scratch.
Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
How much can outsourced AP/AR reduce our DSO? +
Clients typically see days sales outstanding drop 20–35% within the first quarter thanks to consistent invoicing and systematic follow-up.
Will you communicate directly with our vendors and customers? +
Yes, if you wish — under your brand, with agreed scripts and escalation rules. Many clients prefer this white-label approach.
CFO Advisory Services
How is a virtual CFO different from an accountant? +
Your accountant looks backward — recording what happened. A virtual CFO looks forward: forecasting, pricing, funding, expansion and the strategic decisions that change your trajectory.
How much time does a virtual CFO engagement involve? +
Typical engagements run 2–8 days per month, scaled to your stage. You get CFO-grade output without CFO-grade payroll cost.
Still have a question?
