1. Who we are
Innovative Fintech Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), a TechUltra Solutions group company, provides outsourced accounting, tax, payroll and advisory services to clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East. 2. Data we collect
- Enquiry data — name, work email, company, region and message content you submit through our contact form.
- Engagement data — where you become a client, the financial records, documents and personal data contained in them that you provide for the delivery of services (processed under a separate data processing agreement).
- Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and site operation. This website does not use advertising trackers.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide requested assessments and proposals.
- To deliver contracted accounting services, under the terms of your engagement agreement and data processing agreement.
- To maintain the security and performance of this website.
- To comply with legal obligations, including record-keeping requirements applicable to accounting service providers.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your request) or pre-contractual steps; client engagement data on the basis of contract performance; and compliance data on the basis of legal obligation.
5. Sharing
Data is shared only with: (a) team members assigned to your account under confidentiality agreements and role-based access; (b) service providers that host our website, portal and communication tools under data processing terms; and (c) authorities where legally required. Client accounting data remains in the client's own systems wherever possible.
6. International transfers
As an offshore service provider, we process data from our delivery centers outside your country. For UK/EU personal data we implement appropriate safeguards, including data processing agreements incorporating standard contractual clauses where required.
7. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after last contact. Client engagement data is retained per the engagement agreement and applicable professional record-keeping requirements, then deleted or returned.
8. Security
We operate ISO 9001 certified quality management with SOC 2-aligned security practices: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, staff confidentiality agreements and audit logging. See our Security & Data Protection page for detail.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your personal data, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email kazim@techultra.in — we respond within 30 days.
10. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary functionality and no third-party advertising cookies. If analytics are added in the future, this policy and an appropriate consent mechanism will be updated first.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
